Turn happy customers into
five-star reviews
Google reviews build trust, boost your search rankings, and win you more work. We make collecting them dead simple — with a custom review link and QR code you can share at the end of every job.
Reviews are how customers decide who to call
When someone searches for a tradesperson or local business, they look at two things before making a decision: your Google rating and what other customers have said about you. A business with 40 five-star reviews will get the call over a business with two reviews every single time.
Google reviews don't just build trust with customers — they directly affect your search rankings. Google uses review quantity, quality, and recency as ranking signals. More reviews, better ratings, and recent activity all help you show up higher in local search results.
The problem is, most happy customers don't leave reviews unless you make it really easy. That's where our review collection system comes in.
Collecting reviews, the easy way
We set up your review link
We create a custom short link that takes customers directly to your Google review page. No searching, no navigating, no confusion — they click the link, write a few words, and hit submit. It takes them about 30 seconds.
We give you a QR code
We generate a printed QR code that links to the same review page. You can stick it on your van, include it on invoices, print it on business cards, or hand it to customers at the end of a job. They scan it with their phone camera and they're straight to the review form.
Reviews appear on your website
When customers leave Google reviews, they automatically appear on your Ripper Sites website. This gives new visitors social proof right there on your site — no extra work from you.
We help you ask
Most people are happy to leave a review — they just need to be asked. We give you simple, natural language you can use at the end of a job: 'If you're happy with the work, I'd really appreciate a quick Google review — here's a link that makes it easy.' That's it. No awkwardness.

How to build up your reviews quickly
Ask right after the job. The best time to ask is when the customer is happiest — right after you've finished and they can see the great work you've done.
Make it personal. 'Would you mind leaving us a Google review?' works much better when you've just had a good conversation and delivered quality work.
Use the QR code. Hand it over physically at the end of the job. It's tangible and memorable. Many customers will scan it on the spot.
Follow up once. If you've got the customer's number or email, a polite follow-up message the next day with your review link can catch the ones who meant to but forgot.
Don't stress about perfection. You don't need every review to be a glowing essay. Even short, positive reviews ('Great work, on time, would recommend') help your rankings and build trust.
Things business owners ask us
Don't. Google's systems are very good at detecting fake reviews, and if they catch you, your entire profile can be penalised or suspended. Real reviews from real customers are the only way to go.
