Most sites go live within 24 hours of our initial call. Often faster. You'll get a preview link to review before we push it live, and we'll make any changes you want.

We build every site specifically for your business. We don't use generic templates. Your site is designed to appeal to customers searching for your specific trade in your specific area. That said, we have a proven structure and layout system that's optimised for conversions — we're not reinventing the wheel every time.

No worries — we can either replace it or work alongside it. If your current site isn't performing well or is outdated, we'll usually recommend replacing it with a Ripper Sites build. If you've got a site that works but want to add Google and SEO management, we can discuss that too. We'll figure out the best approach on our call.

The website is part of the Ripper Sites service and is hosted and managed by us as part of your subscription. Your domain is registered in your name, and if you cancel, we can transfer it to you. The website design and content are created as part of the service — if you cancel, the site comes down at the end of your billing period.

Yes — we have demo sites for different trades showcased on our homepage. We can also show you live client sites during our initial call if you'd like to see more.

Anything about your site's content — updating your phone number, adding a new service, changing your business hours, updating photos, adjusting text, adding a new section. If it's a change to what's on the page, it's included.

If you're on the Pro plan, we can add service area pages, blog posts, and booking integrations as part of your plan. For major structural changes beyond what your plan covers, we'll discuss options and pricing transparently.

You're billed monthly, starting from the date your site goes live. We accept payment by credit card or direct debit.

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle. Just let us know and we'll make the switch.

Yes. We register and manage a .com.au domain for your business as part of every plan. If you already own a domain, we can use that instead.

We focus on organic (free) search results — building your website, Google listing, and directory presence so you rank naturally. Google Ads is a separate, paid advertising service where you pay per click. Many businesses use both, but a strong organic presence means you're not entirely dependent on ad spend.
